Medical and Emergency Contact
Please remember that a child’s medical record is a confidential document, and its contents are not divulged to the school.
Therefore, parents are expected to inform the school of any medical or clinical condition that could affect a child while they are in the care of the school.
Occasionally, children fall ill at school, or they may have accidents. At such times, we may need to arrange
expert professional help without delay and at the same time, parents or a designated responsible adult
must be informed as quickly as possible. Please arrange, therefore, to give your child’s Head of Year the
telephone number(s) of someone who can be contacted in an emergency if you are unavailable.
The School Office should be notified of any change of address/telephone contact numbers immediately so that our information system can be updated.
